August 12, 2026: Info from Balboa Afterschool Program Application

Hello Bal ASP Students and Families, 

I hope you all have had an enjoyable and restful summer break!

I am reaching out to you with the Balboa Afterschool Program Application for the '26-'27 School Year! Our program promotes learning and development through community building, academic support, arts and recreation, enrichment, STEM exploration, leadership development, and project-based learning opportunities. 

The CYC Balboa After School Program is free and is open to all students, but priority will be given to students who meet one or more of the following criteria if the program becomes full:

• Family qualifies for free/reduced-price meal benefits

• Foster youth and/or homeless youth

• English language learners

• Referred by the school's Coordinated Care Team (CCT)

• Students currently enrolled in CYC's ASP program

• Students from our ASP host school, etc.
