By downloading, installing, or using Balancia ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
You agree not to:
reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except where permitted by law;
use cheats, automation, or exploits to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or rewards;
choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates another person, infringes rights, or contains personal data of others;
submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content through the in-game feedback form;
disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our services or other users' data.
We may remove leaderboard entries or names, or restrict access, if these Terms are broken.
Sign-in is optional. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.
The Game includes non-monetary virtual items (hint and undo credits). They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed or discontinued. Rewarded ads are optional.
The Game shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you send feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the Game. Do not send confidential information.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
