I’m a graduate of the Southwest Institute of Holistic Arts in Tempe, Arizona where I received my Holistic Practitioner degree, specializing in Advanced Yoga Training (500 hour certified), Integral Breath Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Restorative Yoga, Holistic Nutrition, and Life Coaching. In addition to a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Business/Leadership & Advocacy, I also have a Master's Degree in Education from Marquette University.

Nili is certified in Neurotoxicity Assessment (NTA-Dr. Dan Pompa) and Functional Genomics & Nutrition Coaching, is a passionate Health Coach and wellness professional with a lifetime of experience in the field. She authored the book on Kindle, Symptoms & Toxins: The Art of Detoxing. Her emphasis is Wholebody Detoxing & Nourishing the body. Now, at 70-years old, her focus is longevity and maintaining a youthful body, mind and spirit. With a strong passion to help individuals struggling with low energy, fatigue, digestive, hormones, and thyroid issues, Nili is dedicated to guiding her clients towards a path of improved well-being. "I had health issues from the age of 18 and that's when I began my own wellness journey by adapting a vegetarian diet, yoga, mindfulness, creative pursuits and educating myself and others on holistic health and wellness." Nili researches, writes, and produced hundreds of health videos for Expert Village, LiveStrong, Huffington Post and AOL where her health videos were distributed world-wide.
As a Functional Medicine Coach, Nili understands the challenges that come with feeling better. From digestive issues, fatigue, headaches, mood swings, balancing hormones and finding relief from thyroid-related concerns.
