Balance Buddy ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Balance Buddy mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

• Financial Data: All transaction records, account names, and balances are stored locally on your device using an internal database. We do not have access to this data.
• Biometric Data: If you enable fingerprint or face unlock, this is handled entirely by your device's Android operating system. We never see or store your biometric templates.
• Camera and Images: If you use the receipt scanning feature, the camera is used to capture images for text recognition (via Google ML Kit). These images are processed on-device and are not uploaded to our servers.
• The App has a Wipe All Data feature on the settings page which will delete all data from the app

To provide its features, the app may request:
• Camera: For scanning receipts.
• Biometrics: For securing your financial data.
• Internet Access: Required for Google Play Billing (Premium features) and app updates.
