• Sending transactional notifications including order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery updates.

• Auto-filling your delivery address using device location where permission is granted.

4. Data Storage and Security

All personal data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), hosted on Google's infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

We use Firebase anonymous authentication combined with email OTP verification. No passwords are stored by us at any point.

Payment transactions are handled exclusively by Razorpay. We do not store, process, or have access to any card, bank, or UPI credentials.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security, and users are encouraged to keep their account information confidential.

5. Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Data may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

• Delivery and logistics partners — restricted to your name and delivery address solely for order fulfilment.

• Razorpay — for secure payment processing.

• Google Firebase — for authentication and cloud storage infrastructure.

• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities — where required by applicable law or legal directives.

6. Location Data

The App requests access to your device location solely to auto-fill your delivery address during checkout.

Location data is processed on-device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Granting location access is entirely optional. You may enter your delivery address manually at any time.

You may revoke location permission at any time through your device settings.

7. Push Notifications

We request notification permission to deliver order-related updates including:

• Order confirmation

• Dispatch updates

• Delivery alerts

Your FCM device token is stored securely and used exclusively for sending these transactional notifications.

Notifications can be disabled at any time from your device settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as required to provide services.

Order records are retained as required under applicable Indian tax and commercial laws.

Upon account deletion, personal data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to statutory retention requirements.

The App is not directed toward individuals under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

If we become aware of such data collection, we will promptly delete the information.
