Hunters Express App is owned by Hunters for software, trade and supply chain company

(The term of “Hunters” is expressed as “we”) in this document. The use of our Hunters Express application, websites and customer service center (collectively, are referred as the “Services”).

This privacy policy is to clarify the use of your information when you use Hunters Express application, and communicate, or interact with our customer service.

  • Hunters Express collect your data that you share with us directly through your connection or use of any of our services or applications, for example: when you create or modify your account, request customized services, contact technical support or customer service, or contact us in other ways.   • Delivery persons: To enable them to provide the services you request. Information such as your name and pick-up and drop-off locations or phone number.

  • Third parties: To provide a service that you have requested through a partnership or promotion offered by a third party through Hunters express App or its services. On the other hand, other third parties integrated with our API.

  • By sharing your personal data and non-personal data with us, you consent to any transfer, storage, or processing we take on such data, and you immediately give us the right to control such data. From our side, we ensure that all necessary procedures and cautions are taken to ensure the secure processing of your data in accordance with the agreed privacy policy.

  • You can correct your account information at any time by logging into your account on the application. If you want to cancel your account please send email to support@hunters.team.

  • Your Hunter Express account or portal is password-protected so that only you and authorized Hunters employees have the right to access your account information. Therefore, no Hunters employee will initiate contact or communicate with you to request your account data, including the password.
