This Privacy Policy explains how molidev, based in Spain, handles information through the BakeOut mobile application.

1. Minimal Data Collection

We believe in privacy by design. Our app:

• Does not require user accounts or logins.

• Does not request access to your camera, contacts, location, or microphone.

• Does not display third-party advertisements.

2. Service Providers (Analytics & Diagnostics)

To ensure the app remains stable and user-friendly, we use Google Firebase (provided by Google LLC). These services collect technical data automatically:

• Firebase Crashlytics: If the app crashes, we receive a report containing technical details (device model, OS version, and the code that failed) so we can fix the bug.

• Google Analytics for Firebase: We track general usage patterns (e.g., which screen is the most popular) to improve the app experience.

Data involved: These services use "Instance IDs" and "Device Identifiers," which are strings of numbers and letters unique to your app installation but do not identify you personally to us.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR & LOPDGDD)

As we are based in Spain, we process this data under:

• Legitimate Interest: For crash reporting, to maintain a functional and secure app.

• Consent: For analytics. You may opt-out of analytics at any time via the app’s settings.

4. Data Transfers and Retention

Data processed by Firebase is stored on Google’s secure servers, which may be located in the United States. Google complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

• Retention: Crash logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. Analytics data is retained according to standard Google Firebase cycles (usually 14 months).

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your data. Since we do not store your name or email, we can only identify data via your unique "Instance ID."
