Here every patient can upload their prescriptions, investigations reports & so on by using an app in android hand set.

We will launch an app as "Patient profile- BDC" and will provide in google play store. Our patient can download that app and make registration at free of cost and can upload their all documents in pdf, gpeg, ward doc formats. By this project our doctor can see the update of respective patients and follow up them more conveniently.
