About the Groomer

Welcome to Bailey’s Bubbles!

With over 12 years of professional experience in the animal care industry, I bring a passion for grooming that goes beyond dogs. My journey began in the  horse business where I trained, competed and groomed horses all over the world - Australia, Brazil, Uruguay, Canada and U.S.A. - and honed my skills by developing a deep understanding of animal care. From there, I expanded my expertise into wild animals - from squirrels, foxes and raccoons at the Blue Ridge Wild Life Center - to Pandas, Wolves and Leopards at the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute. There, I volunteered and developed research based on Scimitar Horned Oryx behaviour. Later on I decided to dedicate my time to dog grooming and training, ensuring that every pet I work with receives not only a high-quality groom but also the care, understanding and attention they deserve.

I am a Bachelor in Biological Sciences and also proud to hold a grooming credential from Penn Foster University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and techniques to provide top-tier grooming services. In addition, I have the pleasure of working at Pet Creations in Broadway part time - who's been in the grooming business for over 12 years - where I continue to gain invaluable experience working with dogs of all breeds and sizes.
