Sending spam, running promotions without permission, participating in chain letters, or operating pyramid schemes is strictly forbidden.
Attempting to interfere with servers, spreading malicious software, or disrupting the normal operation of the Service is prohibited.
You must comply with all local, regional, national, and international laws. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of your account.
By using the app, you agree that Invitation Maker is not responsible for content created or shared by its users.
We may update, pause, or permanently stop any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

We may remove any content that is illegal, inappropriate, or violates our guidelines or applicable laws.
By using the app, you agree that Invitation Maker may collect and use anonymous, combined data for performance analysis and service enhancements.
We may reclaim usernames if they are involved in legal disputes or trademark-related claims.
If you submit your created cards to a public gallery, you understand that other users may be able to view them.
The app is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, and you use it at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or free from security issues or infringement claims.
You agree not to use the app to:
Post or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive material
Upload copyrighted content without proper rights or permission
Send spam, advertisements, or pyramid-based promotions
Pretend to be another person or mislead others
Violate any of our policies or community standards
Purchases via Apple App Store
We do not process refunds for purchases made through Apple’s App Store. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
Subscriptions bought through Apple renew automatically unless you cancel them in your Apple ID account settings. Managing and canceling subscriptions is the user’s responsibility.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account after purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
Renewal fees are charged within 24 hours before the subscription expires.
The renewal cost will be the same as the original subscription price. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
All materials within the app, including graphics, text, and videos, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Using these materials without permission is not allowed.
Any content you upload remains your own property and responsibility.
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the app without compensation or obligation to you.
