BAHA DAY PLANNER is designed as an offline task-management application. We respect your privacy and have designed the app to operate without collecting or transmitting personal data.
BAHA DAY PLANNER does not collect personal information from users.

This information is entered voluntarily by you and is stored locally on your device.
The information is not uploaded to our servers because BAHA DAY PLANNER does not operate a remote server for storing user tasks. We cannot view, access, recover, or manage the task information stored on your device.
You are responsible for deciding what information you enter into the app. We recommend that you do not store highly confidential information, passwords, banking details, medical records, or other sensitive information in task titles or notes.
BAHA DAY PLANNER is designed to work offline.
The app does not require an internet connection for its main functionality and does not transmit your task information over the internet.
BAHA DAY PLANNER does not request sensitive device permissions.

Future versions may introduce optional features that require additional permissions. If that happens, this Privacy Policy will be updated, and permissions will only be requested when necessary for a specific feature.
BAHA DAY PLANNER does not display third-party advertisements.
The app does not use advertising software development kits, advertising identifiers, behavioral advertising, or personalized advertising.
BAHA DAY PLANNER does not use third-party analytics, user-tracking technologies, tracking pixels, or behavioral monitoring tools.
We do not track your activity across other apps, websites, or services.
Because BAHA DAY PLANNER does not collect personal information, we do not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, or other third parties.
We may disclose information only where legally required. However, because user-created task information remains locally stored on the user’s device and is not accessible to us, we generally do not possess such information.
Task information remains stored on your device until you:
Delete individual tasks
Clear the app’s storage through device settings
Uninstall the app
Reset or erase your device
Deleting the app or clearing its storage may permanently remove all locally stored tasks. Because we do not receive or back up this information, we may be unable to recover deleted data.
BAHA DAY PLANNER minimizes privacy risks by keeping task information locally on your device and avoiding unnecessary data collection.
However, no device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device with appropriate security measures, such as a screen lock, password, PIN, fingerprint, or other available device-security feature.
Depending on your Android device settings, operating-system services provided by your device manufacturer or platform provider may back up application data.
Such backups are controlled by your device, operating system, Google account settings, or device manufacturer. They are not directly operated or accessed by BAHA DAY PLANNER.
You can review or change backup settings through your device settings.
BAHA DAY PLANNER is a general productivity application and is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require registration and does not transmit user-created task information to us, we do not knowingly maintain personal information belonging to children.
Parents and guardians should supervise how children use the app and what information they enter into it.
The current version of DayList does not intentionally integrate advertising networks, analytics platforms, social-media tracking tools, or third-party cloud-storage services.
The app is distributed through Google Play. Google Play and the Android operating system may independently process certain information under Google’s own terms and privacy policies. Such processing is controlled by Google and is separate from BAHA DAY PLANNER.
BAHA DAY PLANNER may provide links to a privacy policy, support page, or other informational webpage.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of external websites. Users should review the privacy policies of any external services they visit.
BAHA DAY PLANNER can be used in different countries and regions. Because the app does not collect or transmit personal information to us, user-created task information remains on the user’s device, subject to the device’s settings and applicable local laws.
BAHA DAY PLANNER does not process personal information on remote servers.
Any task information entered into the app is processed locally on your device solely to provide task-management functionality requested by you.
You control the information stored in BAHA DAY PLANNER.

Choose what information to enter
Edit your tasks
Delete individual tasks
Clear all app data through device settings
Uninstall the app
Because we do not maintain user accounts or remote databases containing your tasks, privacy or deletion requests relating to locally stored task information must be completed directly through the app or your device settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features, legal obligations, or privacy practices change.
Any revised policy will include an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, its Google Play listing, or the official privacy-policy webpage.
Continued use of BAHA DAY PLANNER after an updated policy becomes effective means that you acknowledge the revised policy.
