Black Bean and Chickpea Pasta Salad
To make this a shelf stable meal: 1 lb spiral pasta, 1 can corn, 1 can black beans, 1 can chickpeas, jar of green olives, powdered garlic, small jar mayo, balsamic vinegar

1 16 oz pkg Brown rice spiral pasta
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can Chickpeas
1 cup Green olives sliced (we use Italian without pimento)
1/4 cup Olive brine (liquid olives are packed in)
3-4 cloves Garlic (minced or pressed) (or up to 2 tsp powdered)
3/4 cup Mayo
2-3 tbs. Balsamic vinegar
Cook pasta till just done. Rinse in cold water, and refrigerate until cool. Mix together all ingredients except pasta. Gently fold in pasta and mix well.
