2 cups Bisquick
1 cup coconut milk, evaporated milk or 1/3 cup milk powder (mixed with 1 cup water)
1/4 cup applesauce (roughly 1 kids cup size)
Directions
1) Stir all ingredients until blended.
2) Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a pan or heated griddle, on medium heat (about 375 degrees).
3) Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn and cook until golden.
