Registration is now closed.

You must be a member of BAFTSS to register. You can register for BAFTSS here.

The following registration options are available:

Registration (3-day-full): £210 

Registration (3-day-concession): £80 

Registration (2-day-full): £160

Registration (2-day-concession): £55

Registration (Online-full): £125

Registration (Online-concession): £45

Concessionary rates apply to those registered with BAFTSS at the following fee levels:

£15 (PhD students, precariously employed or unwaged, retired) or £5 (undergraduate and master's students).

Registration includes:

• Tea, coffee, refreshments and snacks upon arrival and at various points throughout the day

• Buffet lunch

• Wi-Fi access

• Car Parking

Accommodation

On-campus accommodation is available at a rate of £70 per room, per night for a single ensuite room with breakfast included.

More expensive on-campus accommodation options are available to book directly through the Warwick Conferences website. 

On-campus accommodation is limited so please book as soon as possible and ideally by 24th February.

There are also various hotels off-campus where you could stay in Coventry, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa. These are all a short bus journey from campus. More information can be found on the accommodation page. 

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will take place on the evening of Thursday 27th March. It is a three course plated meal held on campus in the Chancellor's Suite (image below). Attendance can be booked at the same time as registration at a cost of £48.
