By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Badr Lyazghi.
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a [e.g., monthly, annual] basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it or Badr Lyazghi cancels it. You can cancel your Subscription renewal through your Apple App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel your Subscription, your access to the subscription features will continue until the end of your current Billing Cycle. Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of the Subscription period.
Badr Lyazghi may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any change to give you the opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.
Badr Lyazghi is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, compromise security features, and cause the app to malfunction.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Badr Lyazghi will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Badr Lyazghi cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or sufficient data allowance.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. You may be charged for data usage or roaming. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume that you have permission from the bill payer.
Along the same lines, Badr Lyazghi cannot take responsibility for the way you use the app. You must ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery, we cannot accept responsibility for the inability to access the Service.
Although we endeavour to ensure that the app is updated and accurate, we rely on third parties to provide certain information. Badr Lyazghi accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the app’s functionality.
At some point, we may update the app. The app is currently available on iOS, and system requirements may change. You agree to accept updates when offered.
We may also stop providing the app and terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination:
(a) the rights and licenses granted to you will end
(b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
