If you are between 14-18 years old and want to get involved with your community, you have come to the right place! Below is a list of departments that have cadets or explorers currently. If your local department is not list please reach out to them anyways, they would love to have you!
Tri-County Cadets
Tri-County Cadets is comprised of 5 departments who train once a month together. Trainings include basic donning and doffing of gear, learning fire and EMS terminology, radio communication and etiquette, patient assessments and obtaining vitals, CPR, water rescue, and extrication. This group also has business meetings and committees to give the cadets more involvement and opportunities. 1-2 times a year a fun outing is planned and executed by the cadets.
Departments involved: Adell, Fillmore, Random Lake, Silver Creek, and Waubeka.
