1. Introduction Welcome to Bade: Baby Photo Maker. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users and their families.

2. Face Data and Image Information Collection Bade uses AI-based facial recognition technology to process photos and generate artistic portraits.

Face Data Utilization: We extract facial features from uploaded photos solely to apply chosen themes and artistic styles.
Retention Policy: We retain uploaded photos and generated images for a limited period of 30 days. This retention is strictly for customer support purposes, such as resolving refund requests or investigating quality complaints.
No Permanent Storage: Face data is not stored indefinitely. All user-uploaded images and associated face data are permanently deleted from our servers after the 30-day support window.

3. Data Usage and Sharing

Original Photos: Your original photos are used solely to generate the AI results you request and for the support purposes mentioned above.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell face data or personal photos. We do not share face data with any third-party advertising or marketing entities.
Third-Party Processing: Images are processed through secure AI providers (Cloud infrastructure). These providers do not store your face data for their own purposes and are bound by strict data protection agreements.

4. Data Security Security is our priority. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data during transit and at rest.

5. Account Deletion Users can delete their accounts and all associated data at any time via the "Delete Account" option within the app settings. Upon account deletion, all photos and face data related to that user are immediately purged from our active databases.

6. Children's Privacy Bade is designed to be used by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 years of age.
