With this app you would know how much sleep you need for your age and how many hours you were asleep. Also, it can remind you when you should go to bed to get the needed hours. This feature integrates with the health app on your iPhone, so you can see your sleep analysis on the health app.
Use any sleep tracker you own (e. g. Apple Watch), or let the app track your sleep by using your iPhone's motion and fitness data.
Select your hours of sleep from a recommended range of hours you should get according to your age, and see and adjust your bedtime and wake up time.
Get a reminder 20 minutes before your bedtime, so you can prepare yourself for sleep.
