By Train & Bus
If you arrive by train at Paderborn main station, several bus lines will take you to the university campus. The most convenient option is to get off at the bus stop "Uni/Südring", which you will reach after about 10-15 minutes. Suitable bus lines include

number 1,
number 4.
You will find us on the second (counted from zero to two) floor in building J.
By Car
From the North:
Take the A33 motorway southbound toward Paderborn. Follow the signs to “Paderborn-Zentrum” and take the exit “Paderborn-Zentrum.” Continue straight on B64/B1 toward the city. Follow the signs to “Universität” and turn onto Warburger Straße, which leads directly to the campus.
From the South:
Drive north on the A33 toward Paderborn. Take the exit “Paderborn-Zentrum” and follow B64/B1 in the direction of Paderborn. Continue following the signs to the University (“Universität”), turning onto Warburger Straße to reach campus.
From the West:
Follow the A44 toward Kassel until you reach the junction “Wünnenberg-Haaren.” From there, take the A33 northbound toward Paderborn. Exit at “Paderborn-Zentrum,” then follow B64/B1 toward the city. Signs marked “Universität” will guide you to Warburger Straße and the main campus area.
From the East:
Take the B64 toward Paderborn. As you approach the city, continue onto B1 following signs for the city center. Look for the signs directing you to the University (“Universität”) and turn onto Warburger Straße, which brings you directly to the campus.
By Plane
The nearest airport with an extensive international transport network is Düsseldorf airport. From there, you can reach Paderborn by train in about two hours; for details, please refer to the Deutsche Bahn Travel Service. Alternatively, the airports Paderborn-Lippstadt airport and Münster/Osnabrück airport and Dortmund airport are located closer to Paderborn, but they offer a siginificantly smaller range of connections.
