π Payment Policy

πΉ Please arrive prepared to pay for your service.
If payment is not made at the time of your appointment:
A $10 inconvenience fee will be added.
You will have 24 hours to pay your invoice (in person with cash or remotely by card).
Unpaid invoices after 24 hours will be reported as theft of services.
π Booking Policy
Clients must be 18 years or older.
Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
A valid credit card is required at booking and must remain on file.
A 50% booking fee is required for services over $100.
All required forms must be completed before your appointment.
Please arrive with a clean face/area to be serviced.
β° Cancellations, No-Shows & Changes

24-Hour Notice Required
Appointments must be canceled or changed at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Late cancellations or changes will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
We allow a 5-minute grace period. Please do not abuse this policy.
No-Show Policy
A βNo-Showβ means:
You do not arrive for your appointment
You do not notify us within 5 minutes of your scheduled time
If you No-Show:
You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Any booking fees are non-refundable.
A second No-Show will result in being banned from future bookings.
π’ Facility Rules & Security
No weapons are allowed on the premises.
No pets are permitted (service animals are allowed).
No guests or children may accompany you during your appointment.
Security cameras monitor the lobby and entrance areas only.
There are no cameras in treatment rooms.
