Gonark

Gonark are very big creatures and very dangerous at that. They Only appear on level 8: Cave Systems, and are seen all throughout the caves along with other level 8 creatures. Such as Crawlers, the crawl-space creature, skin stealers, smilers, etc. Gonark are very fast and can run up to as fast as a horse can. Their skulls are exposed without any skin on them, and can crawl on almost any surface. You can see Gonark almost everywhere on level 8 and will maul you if they sense you.

Gonark are blind and use  echo location to sense their prey. If they do happen to sense you, try making extremely loud noises that echo off of the walls. This will Break their sound-system, and will make it to where they cannot hear you. They run and crawl on all fours and can crawl on walls and ceilings. There can be groups of up to 50 in one area. Every group has a leader though, the female, Gonark Prime.
