This program is designed to re-engage students from every school across the district in grades 1-12.
We are seeking individuals staff members to participate with non-instructional duties during the program.
Locations at local non-profit organizations, community centers and schools available
Dates for employment will range from June 8 - July 24.
Leadership Counselor training (before program begins) - Paid
Up to 7 hours per day (up to 35 hours per week), $20/hour
Currently enrolled in a college/university, Spring 2026 graduate of a college/university, or Spring 2026 high school graduate with an enrolled status in a college/university for Fall 2026
Submit unofficial transcript or admission letter
Must be able to tutor, counsel, teach, supervise, and be a positive role model
Ability to complete and pass background check

Experience working with students
Experience with conflict resolution
Tutoring experience
Have effective oral and written communication skills
Possess good organizational skills
Must possess a high level of maturity; be self-disciplined and able to work as part of a team
