My back pain coach is a video course program that helps you to get rid of your back pain exercising for some few minutes a day. The videos are easy to follow. And the movements thought in the programs are actually helpful in treating back pain issues. I really like those exercises and I think back pain sufferers will find it very helpful for their pain.

1. What is it actually ?

It’s an easy to follow video course created my Ian Hart- a former back pain sufferer who succeeded in finally saying good bye to his back issues after several unsuccessful attempts with almost all the popular and well known back pain treatment options out there. In this program he teaches the exercises that helped him with his back pain.

The program is not intended to help you live with pain, it actually targets the source of pain for proper healing so that you can get out of your pains and live a truly pain free life.

After buying the products I was My Back Pain Coach Review immediately presented with two up sells. There were almost similar to this program but quite targeted at specific conditions. One of them was for dealing with Sciatica and Priformis syndrome, while the other was a remedy for the now-infamous-always-sitting problems. Since I didn’t purchase these up sells, I am not in a position to tell what exactly they are.

After skipping both up sells I was taken to the training.

I was impressed with the navigation page. It’s quite straight forward.

The main course is about 90 minutes in total. It’s divided in to 3 levels with each level lasting for roughly half an hour.

Ian Hart recommends that you take the levels one after the other. He says it’s ideal to practice level one 3 times a day for 3 weeks before moving to the next level.

For better results I advise you follow this recommendation. You get a great experience this way.

Here on the navigation page, you will find two bonuses.

The first one is The “Begin Your Day” program. This bonus is especially helpful for people with serious back pain. This program will help you start your day with less pain. In addition to your back, it targets other joints in your body such as your hips, necks, ankles and shoulders among others.

Even though I did say it’s great following Ian’s recommendation above, I will make an exception here: If your pain is really excruciating, I think there’s no harm starting your training with this bonus.

The second bonus is the Coaching sessions videos. Ian teaches you lots of useful stuff here. He teaches you how to get your abs, increase your back mobility and flexibility among other stuff. It also includes warning about mistakes that can complicate your existing pain.

3. Delivery style

Where I grade Ian Hart really high is how he presents the course. The guy seems like an experienced teacher to me. His delivery style is superb.

He doesn’t only explain the stuff, he also performs the movements right in front of your eyes to help you grasp what he’s teaching properly.

The diagrams included in the course are also quite helpful. And more also the exercises are easy to follow. You don’t have to overwork yourself to do them. They aren’t demanding. You can do them even outside your home if you don’t mind.

Right on top of his program, Ian Hart makes a very bold claim that his “Unusual Method” can help relieve back pain within 16 minutes. While this might not be true for every back pain sufferer, the exercises he teaches does help. Though you might not see a complete relief right away, over time, you will appreciate the effectiveness of those moves on your back.

I also do think that even those without serious back pain troubles could actually find this cause helpful. It’s packed with lots of useful information.

The exercises thought in the course could help you maintain a healthy and natural body structure. This is crucial if you want to avoid problems with your body in the future.

5. No need to worry if the program didn’t work for you.

One of the things I look out for when I intend to Ian Hart Back Pain purchase such a program is the flexibility of its return policy. Usually 30 days money back guarantee is enough assurance for me. Because I think I can tell whether a program is bad or not within 4 weeks.

Ian Hart is so comfortable with his claims about the product. He’s so confident that he’s very okay with you asking for a refund within 60 days. That’s almost eight weeks after you buy the program.

As he puts it ” If you don’t get results, I don’t want your money. Period.”

So if it fails to work for you, you don’t have anything to lose. Simply ask for a refund.

6. Let’s look at the Pros and Cons of the program

Some General Concerns About the Program

Will I have to be paying every month? Is there any recurring fees?

One thing that puts off many people from these kinds of programs is the well-disliked recurring monthly fees. Happily this effective program has none. The cost is just the $67 dollars Ian Hart asks for his program.

But of course, if you choose to purchase any of his upsells, you would have to pay more. But if you do not, there are not hidden costs in this program. W

Can this program help me avoid surgery?

If you are told you need surgery because of a back pain issue, the best is to try and speak with your medical doctor. They would be in a better position to give the best advice in this regard.

The program is more about correcting your muscle imbalance to help counter its negative consequences. And the reason why this program is effective is the fact that most back pain cases are usually not due to serious issues. They are simple mechanics. So a program that focus on restoring the proper mechanics of your body like be of great help to many of the millions of people who suffer from back pain.

Will Ian Hart make good on his promise of easy refund?

I believe he would. Even though I didn’t ask for a refund But judging by the content of the book and its effectiveness, I do not think he would want to ruin his product by making it difficult to get a refund.

8. SCORE:

I will give this program 9.5/10.

The content is wonderful and his style of delivery is superb.

If you suffer from chronic pain and nothing else seems to be working for you, I think my back pain coach could be the program you are looking for. The price tag is very appropriate in my opinion. Ian Hart really delivers.
