Electronic mailings Dec 2007 through March 2021. These may include the printable quarterly calendars, the Bay Area Country Dancer newsletter, and flyers for camps, special events, and individual dance series.
The BACDS website includes brief histories of contra & square dance series, English dance series, and Morris and other performance teams. However, some historical information has been removed from those pages. For a more complete version, see related pages on this site.

A complete printed set of the Bay Area Country Dancer newsletter has been preserved and available by special request.
Email archives
The BACDS email lists were migrated from Mailman to groups.io in 2024. Archives of the Mailman lists are available by special request. Archives of the groups.io lists are accessible to members of that subgroup and possibly others (e.g. all announcement lists are accessible to the public).
Board minutes
Board minutes from 1992 to present are available here. These are typically published a month after the meeting when the board approves the minutes from the previous meeting. Older minutes may be available in early issues of the Country Dancer newsletter.
