Words with an initial capital letter have the meanings given below, whether used in singular or plural form.
Definitions

Application – BabyPodcast, the software provided by the Company.

Service – The Application.

1. What Face Data We Collect
If you use our “Baby Generate” feature, you may choose to upload or capture a photo containing a face.
The app processes the image locally or securely on our servers only for the purpose of generating the baby image.
We do not collect or store facial recognition templates, biometric identifiers, or any facial feature measurements.
2. How We Use Face Data
Face data is used exclusively to generate a transformed baby image based on your input photo.
It is not used for identity verification, authentication, advertising, or any unrelated purpose.
3. Sharing of Face Data
We do not share face data with any third parties for their own use.
If processing occurs via a third-party cloud service, it is used only to perform the requested image generation and is immediately deleted after processing.
4. Storage and Retention
By default, face data is not stored after the baby image is generated.
If temporary storage is needed for processing, the image is deleted automatically within 24 hours.

With your explicit permission, we may access your device's:
Camera or photo library (for specific in-app features, such as “Baby Generate”)
You can revoke this permission anytime via your device settings.
We use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to ask for your permission before showing personalized ads.
If you consent, we may use an advertising identifier (such as IDFA) to tailor ads to you.
We do not collect or store sensitive personal information for advertising purposes.
All personalized ads are served through trusted third-party ad networks compliant with Apple and privacy regulations.
If you do not give consent, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
We may use the limited information we collect to:
Provide and maintain the Service
Show relevant, personalized ads (only if you consent via ATT)
Improve and customize the user experience
Ensure security and prevent fraud
We do not:
Sell your personal data
Share your personal information with advertisers for their own use
We may share information only in these cases:
