BabyPips Forex Learning (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is an educational mobile application that teaches Forex trading concepts, terminology, and risk management. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
This App is intended only for educational purposes. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, trading signals, brokerage services, or any guarantee of profits.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information.
The App is designed to work offline and does not require you to create an account or provide personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment information.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only to support learning features:

This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers, because we do not operate backend servers for this App.
We do not collect or use:
Personal identification information
Location data
Contacts, photos, or files
Financial or payment information
Device identifiers for advertising
Usage analytics or crash reporting via third-party services
The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.
The App requests no special permissions (such as camera, microphone, location, or contacts).
The only system interaction is the optional Share feature, which uses Android’s standard share sheet so you can share a message about the App through apps you choose (e.g., messaging or email). We do not receive any data from that action.
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose.
Educational content is bundled in the App or stored locally in the on-device database. No user data is sent to external trading platforms, brokers, or affiliates.
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will address it promptly.
Because data is stored only on your device:
Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data from your device.
You can also clear App data via Settings → Apps → BabyPips Forex Learning → Storage → Clear data on your Android device.
We do not retain copies of your data on our systems.
We use standard Android local storage mechanisms (including Room database and DataStore) to keep your learning data on your device. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we do not expose your data over the internet because the App does not send it to external servers.
If Android backup is enabled on your device, Google may back up App data according to your device and Google account settings. That backup is managed by Google, not by us. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
The App can be used worldwide. All data processing occurs locally on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
