How it works
Open the app and allow camera access.
Pick a toy, like Keys, Rattle, or Ducky.
Tap Start. The toy moves and makes its sound.
When your child looks at the camera, tap the shutter. Photos save to your photo library.
Questions
Do I need an iPhone Duo? No. On iPhone Duo, animated toys appear on the outer screen right next to the camera. On other iPhones, or with your Duo closed, the toy sounds get your child's attention.
What's free, and what can I unlock? Keys, Rattle, and Ducky, plus the Playful and Contrast themes, are free. The Toy Box unlocks all 8 toys. The Paint Set unlocks all 6 themes (iPhone Duo). The Open the Child Lock bundle includes both.
How do I restore my purchases? Open the purchase screen by tapping any locked toy, then tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
Can my family share purchases? Yes. Purchases work with Family Sharing.
The camera isn't working. Go to Settings > Baby, Look Up! and make sure Camera is turned on.
My photos aren't saving. Go to Settings > Baby, Look Up! and make sure Photos access is allowed.
I can't hear the sounds. Turn up your iPhone's volume. Sounds play even when the ring switch is set to silent.
How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
