TinyBook ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TinyBook mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Account information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address.
Baby tracking data: Sleep records, feeding logs (breast milk, formula, solid food), diaper changes, symptoms, weight, and height measurements that you enter into the app.
Payment information: Subscription purchases are processed through RevenueCat and Apple/Google payment systems. We do not store your credit card or payment details directly.
Automatically Collected Information
Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting purposes.
Usage analytics: General app usage patterns to improve the Service.
Voice Log Feature
When you use the Voice Log feature, audio is processed through Google Gemini AI to extract tracking information. Audio is not permanently stored by us or Google Gemini after processing.

To improve and develop new features of the Service

We do not sell your personal data or your baby's data to any third parties.
Data Sharing
We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service:
Firebase (Google): Database storage and authentication
RevenueCat: Subscription management
Apple / Google: App distribution and payment processing
Google Gemini: Voice log audio processing (no permanent retention)
We may also disclose your information if required by law.
Data Security and Retention
Your data is stored on Firebase servers using industry-standard encryption. You may delete your account at any time within the app (Profile → Delete Account), and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
TinyBook is designed for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The baby tracking data you enter (your child's sleep, feeding, etc.) is entered by you as the parent/guardian and is used solely to provide the tracking service to you.
