BabyLens ("App") collects the following personal information to provide our services:
• Required: Google account information (email address, name) via Google OAuth sign-in
• Optional: Baby's name, date of birth, gender, photos
• Automatically collected: Advertising identifiers (GAID/IDFA), device information, app usage statistics
The App does not collect sensitive personal information (ID numbers, health data, financial information, etc.).
2. Purpose of Collection
Collected personal information is used for:
• Account management: Identity verification via Google OAuth and service access
• AI diary generation: AI analyzes uploaded photos to create emotional parenting diaries
• Supply management: Tracking baby supply inventory and providing reminder notifications
• Personalized service: Providing personalized reports and summaries
• Advertising: Delivering personalized ads (AdMob)
3. Retention Period
• Upon account deletion: Data deleted immediately
• Long-term inactivity: Data securely deleted after 5 years of no activity
• Photo data: Stored on device only, temporarily transmitted for AI analysis then immediately deleted (not stored on servers)
• Diary data: Encrypted storage on device (SQLCipher)
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
The App uses the following third-party services:
• Google AdMob: Ad delivery (collects advertising identifiers)
• Google Gemini API: AI diary generation (temporary photo data transmission)
• Supabase: User authentication and cloud functions
• Firebase: Push notifications (FCM), analytics, remote configuration
Each service follows its own privacy policy.
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:
• When you have given prior consent
• When required by law
5. Security Measures
• Data encryption: Local DB encrypted with SQLCipher
• Communication encryption: HTTPS encrypted communication
• Auth tokens: Stored in Secure Storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore)
• Access control: Only authenticated users can access their own data

• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of errors
• Request deletion (via account removal feature)
• Request processing suspension
• Withdraw consent

**Processing time:** Within 7 business days of receiving your request
**Data that will be deleted:**
- Account information (email, profile)
- Baby profile information
- All diary entries
- Baby supplies management data
- App settings
⚠️ Deleted data cannot be recovered.
**In-app deletion:** You can also delete your account directly from Settings → Delete Account in the app.
Any changes to this privacy policy will be announced within the app in advance.
