We are a 501(c)(3) organization that primarily focuses on the health and overall well being of feline.
Feral does not pertain to any cat you find outdoors.
Feral does not describe all unowned/homeless cats.
Feral does not mean scared, mean or sick.
Feral actually means “an unsocialized outdoor cat who has either never had any physical contact with humans, or human contact has diminished over enough time that she is no longer accustomed to it.” (definition from Alley Cat Allies)
Regardless of feral or friendly (or anywhere in between), they all need to be spayed and neutered. If you are unable to handle a cat, traps can usually be borrowed from most shelters or rescues. Google low-cost clinics in your area and help out these felines in the most humane way possible.
