- Download BabyFlix from the App Store.
- Sign up with your email address or use social login.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your profile.

* Login Issues
- Make sure your internet connection is active.
- Check if you’re entering the correct email and password.
- If you forgot your password, use the **“Forgot Password”** option to reset it.
- Still stuck? Contact support below.
* Reset Password
- Tap **“Forgot Password”** on the login screen.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email.
- If the email doesn’t arrive within 5 minutes, contact us.
* Messaging Problems
- Messages may take a few seconds to appear in real-time.
- If messages aren't sending or receiving, try refreshing the chat or checking your internet.
- Make sure you have the latest app version installed.
* Upload Issues
- Ensure you are uploading supported file formats (images/videos only).
- File size should not exceed the upload limit shown in the app.
- Restart the app if an upload fails repeatedly.
* Live Streaming Errors
- Ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection.
- Live streaming may not be supported on older devices.
- Restart the app and try again.
- If issues persist, reach out to our team.
* Gallery Page Not Loading
- Try refreshing the gallery screen.
- Check if your device has enough memory/storage.
- Update to the latest version of the app.
