3.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain ownership of photos you upload
Generated images are for personal use
You may not resell or redistribute generated images commercially without permission
4.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BabyAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
Any damages resulting from use of the service
Loss of data or photos
Interruptions in service
5.INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BabyAI from any claims arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
7.CHANGES TO TERMS
