By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Simple Baby Feeding Tracker (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, if applicable. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JanoGroup LLC (“JanoGroup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
The App provides tools for logging and reviewing baby care information, including features that may allow you to track feedings, nursing sessions, bottle amounts, sleep sessions, diaper changes, reminders, exports, and related child profile information.
Some features may only be available through a paid subscription.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the App will always meet your expectations.
The App is intended for personal tracking and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.
You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical judgment or pediatric care. If you have concerns about a child’s health, feeding, sleep, hydration, growth, or safety, contact a qualified medical professional.
The App may not require account registration.
You are responsible for:
maintaining the security of your device;
all activity occurring on your device;
reviewing the accuracy of the information you enter; and
all data you save, export, or share from the App.
If multiple caregivers use the same device or access exported information, you are responsible for how that information is shared and managed.
You are responsible for the information you enter into the App, including child names, dates, feeding details, sleep details, diaper changes, notes, and any exported data.
You represent that you have the right to enter and use that information and that your use of the App complies with applicable law.
You retain ownership of the information you enter into the App.
To the extent necessary to operate the App and provide requested functionality, you grant JanoGroup a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, store, and use your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the App’s functionality.
The App may offer reminders, local notifications, or export tools.
You understand that:
notifications may be delayed, missed, muted, or unavailable for reasons outside our control;
exports may depend on third-party apps or device capabilities; and
device settings, operating system behavior, and platform restrictions may affect functionality.
You are responsible for verifying critical information and should not rely on reminders or exports for time-sensitive medical or safety decisions.
You agree not to:
use the App for any unlawful purpose;
interfere with or disrupt the App;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the App’s source code or underlying systems, except where prohibited by law;
bypass subscription, payment, security, or access controls;
use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others, including privacy rights; or
upload or transmit malicious code or other harmful material.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, without notice and without refund where permitted by law.
If the App offers paid subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple and/or Google, not by JanoGroup directly. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Trial offers, pricing, feature availability, and subscription terms may vary by platform, region, promotion, and time.
We may change subscription offerings, features, or prices at any time, to the extent permitted by platform rules and applicable law.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies, unless otherwise required by law.
The App, including its software, design, layout, branding, text, graphics, and related intellectual property, is owned by JanoGroup or its licensors.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JanoGroup will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
We are also not responsible for:
incorrect, incomplete, or lost tracking entries;
missed reminders or notifications;
data loss caused by device failure, deletion, syncing issues, platform behavior, or third-party services; or
how you interpret or rely on the information stored in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscriptions during the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 if no payment was made.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JanoGroup from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:
your use of the App;
your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or
your content, exports, or sharing of information from the App.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, except as otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
