2. Exchange Policy:

In our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction, we have outlined a comprehensive exchange policy. Please review the following points regarding our exchange policy:

• No Exchange on Dislike Basis: We do not facilitate exchanges based solely on personal preferences.

• Exchange Procedure: For any exchange request, a parcel opening video is mandatory. The video should encompass a 360-degree unboxing, starting from the parcel label. It is crucial that you count the quantity ordered within the video. Any defects should be clearly highlighted, and the video should be seamless without any cuts or pauses.

• Submission Timing: The video should be shared promptly after receiving the parcel. Please note that no exchange will be considered without the requisite parcel opening video.

• Shipping Responsibility: In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs associated with the return.

• Color Discrepancies: Due to photography, slight color variations may occur. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

• Exclusions from Damage Claims: Items that can be easily repaired using common adhesives such as Fevicol, or items where components can be reattached with glue, will not be considered damaged.
