Welcome to BaardeApps. By downloading, installing, or using the **Baarde QR Code Scanner** mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Dasmarinas City, Cavite, Philippines.
