B4H promises a day of information and learning activities to prepare your workplace for World AIDS Day and promote HIV, STI and TB education all year round. Thank you to our businesses supporters. Thank you to the Coral Sea Hotels for supporting this event again in 2025. With 11,000 new HIV infections reported last year, we need all businesses to step-up their HIV and STI programming.
World AIDS Day Monday, December 1, 2025
PNG faces growing numbers of adults and babies affected by HIV, Syphilis & Hepatitis B. This leads to infant deaths, lifelong illness, and poor health outcomes for workers. Our design highlights the importance of proactive health measures. Our goal is for everyone to prioritise HIV testing (especially when planning for children and in antenatal care), practice safe love through knowledge of HIV status, monitoring viral load if HIV positive, and condom use.
At Businesses for Health we imagine a future where healthy workers and their families thrive. This year we also raise awareness about the risks of vertical transmission of HIV, syphilis, and Hepatitis B. We can all take steps, to reduce the chances of these preventable and treatable infections being passed from parent to child. Together, we can combat stigma and build a healthier community for all.
Please enjoy wearing and sharing the story of your workshop T-shirt. The National Capital District Commission (NCDC) sponsored your B4H World AIDS Day T-shirt. Thank you.
