These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the B3G TV application ("Application") operated by Pure Business Ent ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1. Use of the Application
The Application provides access to live television streaming, video-on-demand content, and related entertainment services. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Application. By using the Application, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
2. Account
Some features of the Application may require you to have an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
The Application offers optional paid subscription plans that provide access to premium content and features.
Billing: All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of any subscription period.
Price Changes: Subscription prices may change from time to time. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and the new price will apply at the start of your next billing period.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. The Service Provider does not process refunds directly.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All content available through the Application, including but not limited to videos, graphics, logos, audio, text, and software, is the property of Pure Business Ent or its content licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Application
Record, download, or capture any live streams or video content
Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Application
Use the Application for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
Share your subscription or account credentials with others
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Application
Use any automated means to access the Application
Upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
6. Service Availability
The Application and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Application. We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time without notice
Change, add, or remove content at our discretion
Perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
7. Live TV Streaming
Live TV streaming is provided as part of the premium subscription. Stream availability and quality may vary based on your internet connection and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee continuous live stream availability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
