House Layout (Phase 2)

Provide us with the current house plans and we can lay it out. You may also need a Lot survey or Site plan related to your home building project. Call us, and we can help you with this process and also provide some advice on how this process can go more smoothly.

House Layout (Phase 3)

Some home layouts can take 2 or 3 separate trip to complete. The 1st trip is when the position and orientation is decided, 2nd is layout points for the contractor to dig, 3rd and set nails in the concrete footer for the block or poured concrete walls.

Boundary Surveys

Some boundary surveys bring us to locations with great views, and others bring us to locations with no view as we cut our way through the swamp or overgrown properties. Each boundary survey is different and will have different aspects to consider. Give us call and we can provide you with our best estimate of cost and time based upon your needs and our experience.

Flood Certificate Survey

If you are in the middle of the closing process and need to determine if your home needs flood insurance or not; we have the equipment and experience to provide you and the title companies with the FEMA certificate needed.
