1. How to create my Business account to share photos with my clients?
First, install and open the app.
Log in using your Indian phone number.
Once logged in, add your name and click on the "Next" button.
Navigate to the gallery tab (the second tab at the bottom). Click on the three dots on the top right.
Look for an option or a button named "Create Business" or similar.
Follow the on-screen instructions to add your business details.
Once completed, your business should be successfully created.
2. How to a create collection to share photos with my clients?
Ensure you've logged in and have already set up your business.
Navigate to the gallery tab (the first tab at the bottom). Click on your business folder.
Click on 3 dots icon on top right. Look for an option or button named "Create Collection" or similar.
Click on it and follow the on-screen instructions.
Add the desired clients to your collection. Only these client can access this collection.
Once you've added all the necessary information, Save the collection.
3. Why are clients not seeing my collection?
Possible Reasons & Solutions:
Not Shared with Clients: Ensure that you've added the clients to the collection. If not, add them by editing the collection in the gallery tab.
Privacy Settings: Check if there are any privacy settings that might be restricting clients from viewing the collection.
App Sync Issues: Sometimes, it could be due to app syncing issues. Ask clients to refresh their app or check back after some time.
Network Issues: Ensure both you and your clients have a stable internet connection.
4. How to remove a client from a collection?
Navigate to the gallery tab (the first tab at the bottom).
Go to your business folder. Find the collection from which you want to remove a client.
Click on 3 dots on top right and Select Edit Collection
Select Clients
Find the client you wish to remove.
Click on the client's name or their corresponding option button.
There should be icon similar to delete button. Click that button
Save the collection.
