I'm a theoretical/numerical physicist and currently I'm a postdoc at IMPA - Brazil, working with Prof. Dr. Alexei A. Mailybaev in hidden symmetries of the Navier-Stokes equations by means of direct numerical and large eddy simulations with the pseudospectral method. My main research interests are statistical physics, fluid dynamics/turbulence, coherent structures, stochastic dynamics, particle-laden flows, and magnetohydrodynamics.

I was supervised by Prof. Dr. Luca Moriconi and my research project -awarded by the Brazilian Physical Society- was related to coherent structures detection and modeling of its transition as a stochastic process and Lattice-Boltzmann simulation of Turbulent Pipe Flows.

Outreach exposition on the national festival of mathematics 2026
From August 27–30, 2026, I was part of the team organizing the Fluid Dynamics Laboratory’s exhibition stand at the Brazilian National Festival of Mathematics 2026. The festival welcomed approximately 22,000 visitors over four days, with the first two days dedicated to high-school students and the final two open to the general public. Our exhibition introduced visitors to general aspects of fluid dynamics and turbulence, with a section highlighting the von Kármán vortex street phenomenon.
