I am a mathematician working in Dynamical Systems. My research focuses on hyperbolic and topological dynamics, with particular emphasis on shadowing theory, expansiveness, and phenomena beyond hyperbolicity. I also investigate connections with surface homeomorphisms, hyperspace dynamics, and fractal geometry.
I received my B.Sc., M.Sc., and D.Sc. degrees in Mathematics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 2011, 2012, and 2015, respectively. Since completing my doctorate, I have held faculty positions in Brazil and pursued research appointments abroad, developing collaborations with mathematicians across different institutions and research communities.
From 2018 to 2020, I held a Humboldt Research Fellowship at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, Germany, where I worked with Tobias Jäger. From 2022 to 2024, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy, working with Carlangelo Liverani. I am currently a researcher at the National Laboratory for Scientific Computing (LNCC), Brazil, with research support from CNPq through the Programa Conhecimento Brasil.
Alongside my research, I have contributed to university teaching, student supervision, and collaborative research projects. I value the exchange of ideas across mathematical communities and the development of collaborations that bring different perspectives to challenging questions in Dynamical Systems.
