Q: Can you fill balloons I bring from home?
A: Yes! Just bring them to We Rock the Spectrum Naperville. Please note, we can’t guarantee 3rd party balloons. If they don’t inflate or pop, we are not liable—and helium charges still apply.

Q: How much does helium cost for bring-your-own balloons?
A: Helium prices are based on the size and number of balloons you bring in.

Q: Do I need an appointment to fill my balloons?
A: It's always a good idea to get an appointment time, there may be a short wait depending on how busy the staff is at the time.

🎈 FLOAT TIMES & PICKUP POLICY:

• Balloons should be picked up the day of your event. They typically float for up to 18 hours, so we don’t recommend picking them up in advance.
