Forgotten Game

I remember playing this really weird game when playing with my friends. It was a very normal roguelite game, but there was just something super off about it. There was barely any sound effects, and one song that looped very badly.

Anyways, I was about to finish the game when suddenly a red door appeared next to me. I entered it and nothing happened but like 30 seconds later I teleported to a very dark area. Also for context, this game had enemies that would jumpscare you and reset the level when you die. However, there was no enemies in this level. All I heard was a very quietly increasing white noise. Then suddenly the game started saying... my name. "B    .B    .B    ." It was weird, and got so loud. Suddenly there was a loud train noise followed by a very distorted jumpscare noise that sounded like someone screaming for help. Then it showed this.

Or at least it kind of did. I redrew the image cause I can't recreate what happened in that playthrough. I spent 6 days trying to, but it just never happened. Anyways, when this image appeared, it was just complete silence except for a short little snippit of a lullaby. It was super slowed down, but I had a nightmare. That nightmare haunts me to this day.
