Terms of Service

Before you request a commission, please keep these terms of my work in mind.

• Payment is always asked for up front before a commission begins; return commissioners can ask to pay half before I start work while the other half is paid after Inking.

  • PayPal and/or Venmo are required for transactions; please have either one available & know your address before you reach out.

  • Once an invoice is sent, you have 48 hours to send the agreed amount over before a slot is cancelled & reopened for others. Please check your invoices!

  • If significant edits are requested, I may charge an extra $25-50 to cover time spent on edits. (Things like adding characters, redoing an outfit or background, etc)

• Discord at azurelionheart is the easiest way to keep in touch and for me to share WIPs of your commission; DMs on my socials are also an option, but I much prefer Discord DMs to help streamline communication.

• When making a commission request, please have a clear text description & visual references for what you want; as much as you deem necessary. The clearer a client's idea is, the better I can do to illustrate it for them in a timely manner.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, per my own comfort levels & interests in pursuing a work.

  • Updates for a commission may take 1-2 weeks; sometimes 3 weeks for especially work-intensive commissions. Please understand that it takes me time to make significant progress on a drawing; being asked daily for updates on a commission may lead me to not take future comms from you.

• I reserve the right to post all artwork I produce in commissions; if desired, I can credit a client as anonymous, but please don't ask me to NOT share my work.

• Commissioned artwork is NOT to be used in NFTs, AI learning, cryptocurrency, or other predatory schemes.
