How long will my order take to arrive?

Production time depends on the project and our workshop's workload. Once completed, shipping is arranged as soon as possible, and delivery time will depend on the destination. We will inform you of the estimated timeframe and provide you with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Is it safe to ship ceramic pieces by mail?
