The Box Office and Front Gate department at AZRF is a great way to join our village and earn some extra money while you have fun.

Box office employees are in charge of the tickets that take you to another time and Front Gate employees greet our audience and introduce them to the Village of Fairhaven. This team of friendly faces are some of the first costumed participants that our guests interact with, you will expand your personal skills of team work and customer service while bringing the village alive.

The festival is a great way to meet new friends and work with others!

Every year we re-imagine history with our version of a 16th century European village that welcomes everyone to be a part of the memories we are making as employees and for the patrons that visit our village.

Participation opportunities at the festival are widely varied.

Listed below are some additional details about the opportunities that are open in the Box Office & Front Gate areas each year at the festival. Most positions in this department are hourly seasonal employees of the festival.

BOX OFFICE & FRONT GATE

Ticket Takers - This seasonal weekend position is responsible for greeting patrons and accepting their tickets as they enter the village. Applicants should be friendly, outgoing, engaging, have attention to detail, ability to maintain awareness of their surroundings. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age or older.
Box Office Ticket Seller - This seasonal weekend position is responsible for selling various ticket denominations at the box office windows. Applicants should be friendly, detail oriented, and have excellent customer service skills. This position is performed in street clothes; no costume needed.
