Family Camps

Pack 276 offers 2 to 3 Family Camps each year.  Typically Summer, Spring and Fall.  Our Family camps are just that, for the whole family. The per person cost depends on a few things- how many are attending, how much we pay for the group camp site and what activities are planned. 

Suggested Gear Checklist for Pack Family Camping

• Ground Cover

• Sleeping Bag

• Covers

• Pillow

• Camp Chairs

• Table

• First-Aid Kit

• Cub Scout Handbook

• Cub Scout Uniform Class A and B

• Pocket Knife or Multi-Tool- The scout can bring one, only if they have their Whitling Chip Card & Parent/guardian permission

• Flashlight or Headlamp

• Water Bottles

• Map

• Compass

• Whistle 

• Cooler - food & drink for your family 

• Cooking and Cleaning supplies

• Matches

• Trash bags

• Clothing- Hot and cold plus extra clothes

• Rain gear

• Closed toed shoes

• Medications

• Sunscreen

• Insect repellent

• Reusable cups

• Batteries

• Small day backpack 

• Snacks/food/drinks to be consumed by your family
