Established as a state chapter of NOSS (National Organization for Student Success) in January 2014, the Arizona Chapter of NOSS (AZ-NOSS) and its members help learners, at all levels of preparedness, realize their full academic potential. We invite you to explore this site to learn more about our work in advancing student success, supporting learners at all stages, strengthening educational institutions, and fostering a vibrant professional community through events, resources, and collaboration. Our mission is to serve Arizona's student success professionals and the students they serve by providing:

• Professional Development: At the annual conference, concurrent sessions cover innovative practices, emerging trends, legislative developments, and a myriad of related topics.  By attending and/or serving as presenters, participants strengthen both knowledge and professional skills.

• Networking Opportunities: Through the organization’s communication methods, Members keep in touch and share developing news.

• Scholarships and Grants: When funds become available, AZ-NOSS will offer scholarships and grants to support the success of students building foundational skills and the dedicated professionals who empower their growth. 

• Each Spring, AZ NOSS offers an annual in-person conference. The location of the event is in different cities across the state each year to encourage participation and collaboration amongst different regions.

• Information and registration usually is available in the prior Fall semester and will be added here.

• Each Fall, AZ NOSS hosts a virtual conference specific to a curren theme surrounding student success. 

• Information and registration usually is available in the prior Spring semester and will be added here.

INDIVIDUAL Membership Information:

Individuals may join at any time during the year. Membership lasts 12 months from the date of payment.  Renewals add 12 months to the current expiration date.  Benefits include access to all publications, reduced registration fee for annual conference, and voting privileges.  There are four (4) categories of Individual Membership:

1. Full-time Active Professional ($25): Those individuals who are actively involved full-time as an educator (K-12 or Higher Education), or those who are otherwise interested in the purpose of AZ-NOSS;

2. Part-Time Active Professional ($20):  Those individuals who are actively involved part-time as an educator (K-12 or Higher Education), or those who are otherwise interested in the purpose of AZ-NOSS;

3. Retired Professional ($20):  Those who continue to enhance post-secondary education for students or who are otherwise interested in the purpose of AZ-NOSS and who are 55 years of age or more and formally retired from their careers;

4. Student ($20): Those who are training for or working in careers and who are enrolled in appropriate coursework either full- or part-time.

INSTITUTIONAL Membership Information:

Institutional Memberships begin at $25 (per person) before any discounts are applied. Institutions memberships are offered for 10, 15, 20 or 25 individuals at your campus. Institutional Memberships will enjoy a 20% reduction in dues!  Those individuals covered by an institutional membership receive all the benefits of individual members.  There are two steps to submitting an institutional membership:
