AZIM RODI

Azim Rodi (b. 1999, Baling, Kedah) is a full-time artist based in Perak.

His participation in the ILTIZAM Seni Art Residency organised by Ekuinas—where he was selected as one of seven artists for a five-month programme —marked a significant turning point in his exhibition career .His greatest achievement in 2025 was his involvement in the exhibition Old School x New Rules at Galeri Petronas.

Azim’s artistic practice reflects an appreciation of the past, functioning as a bridge between his personal history and the realities of diverse individuals who share similar experiences or face different challenges. His art serves as a visual language of self discovery, documenting a personal journey while celebrating the many ways people, cultures, and memories shape and define identity.
