Arizona Green Schools COMMITTEE

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Arizona Chapter established the Green Schools Committee to raise community awareness and connect educational resources with a commitment to providing all students and teachers the opportunity to work, play and learn in a green school.

These efforts are realized through community service events, presentations, and participation with local schools. By promoting their design, construction and operation, we can make a tremendous impact on student health and performance, teacher retention, school operational costs and the environment.
